STATIONARY SCREENS

Wildcat Stationary Screen

Wildcat stationary screens come 8 foot in diameter and either 30 or 40 feet long. The units are normally powered by the customers electrical power but occasionally a diesel engine is used to provide primary power. Individual components are electrically powered but as an option can be powered hydraulically. The trommel drum is always hydraulically powered. The screen drum can be outfitted with a wide variety of screen panels or punch plate openings and additionally bag ripper teeth can be added. A feed hopper is usually required. Screened product stacking conveyors as well as oversized product stacking conveyors and picking stations are also available.

Punch Plate screen panels can have round, square or any type opening desired with a large variety of opening sizes available. The plate is a high abrasive steel for longer wear life and strength.
